Senior Financial and Accounting Consultant (1 May 2010)

We require a candidate who possesses overseas qualifications in the financial field such as Master in Finance, as well as professional accounting qualification, fluent in both English and Putonghua, especially the latter.

The following is a summary of your job description:

• You will be attached to our Corporate Finance department and to work alongside our other executives associated with corporate finance work;
• You will be required to produce financial models, costs analysis, discounted cash flow forecasts, pro-forma accounts, business plans, including but not limited to compiling corporate brochures, prospectuses and presentations;
• You will need to liaise (in English and Putonghua) with our corporate clients and other financial professionals in order to obtain necessary financial information, and to assist these professionals to produce the required documentations;
• You will be required to give briefings/presentations to our clients and other professionals on your work including your findings and conclusions (in English and Putonghua);
• You will be required to travel to various countries including but not limited to the PRC, Indonesia, and Australia in order to visit our clients, to obtain required financial information as well as to give presentations;
• You will be required to produce your work primarily in English although translation into Chinese may also be required from time to time;
